    Project Management

Developing and empowering professionals who deliver successful projects, drive efficiency, and create lasting organisational value.

    Overview

Our project management programmes are designed for individuals who want to develop their career in project delivery, as well as organisations looking to build the skills needed to deliver projects successfully and achieve strategic goals. Through practical, workplace-based learning, apprentices develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to support and lead projects across a wide range of sectors.

A strong focus on practical application ensures apprentices can apply their learning directly in the workplace. They develop valuable skills in performance monitoring, budget management, data analysis, risk management, and change control, enabling them to make informed decisions and contribute to successful project delivery from day one. For employers, this provides an effective way to develop internal talent, strengthen project management capability, improve delivery performance, and build a workforce that can successfully manage change, support growth, and drive continuous improvement. By developing capable project professionals, organisations can increase efficiency, improve project outcomes, and build the expertise needed to achieve long-term business success.

    What our customers say

    • “I chose the level 4 qualification in Project Management as I am involved in project work daily but would like to work towards becoming a project manager and I feel that this qualification will help with this. I am already using the knowledge and skills from the course in my daily work and I have been able to be more involved in some of the management of projects as a result of this.”
    • “It has allowed me to get that link between the theory & the practical side of Project Management. The day release sessions also allow for discussion within the group where we can share best practice”
