Delivery method
The apprentice will work towards the People Professional Apprenticeship standard at level 5. The programme includes completion of the Level 5 CIPD Diploma in People Management – a CIPD accredited qualification that is recognised across the industry.
Throughout the apprenticeship, learners will complete apprenticeship assessment activities (formerly End-Point Assessment) designed to demonstrate the knowledge, skills and behaviours required by the apprenticeship standard.
Assessment may take place throughout the programme and can include a range of methods, depending on the apprenticeship standard. These may include projects, professional discussions, presentations, observations and other assessment activities.
We will work closely with our learners and employers throughout the programme to ensure apprentices are supported and prepared to successfully achieve their apprenticeship.
You’ll explore how to effectively manage relationships, systems and processes, while developing the skills needed to nurture talent and build high-performing teams.
You’ll gain practical strategies you can apply straight away, strengthening your abilities in project management, data analytics and the use of technology—helping you make an immediate impact within your organisation.
Alongside this, you’ll build the confidence to operate within legal frameworks and professional standards, equipping you to meet the evolving demands of today’s business environment.
By combining in-depth knowledge with practical experience and the confidence to tackle future challenges, this apprenticeship is designed to accelerate your career progression.
