The programme develops a broad range of HR knowledge and skills, covering the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through to retirement. Apprentices gain experience in both day-to-day HR administration and more complex people processes, enabling them to provide effective support across a wide range of HR functions.

Course Duration: 18 months
Delivery method
Throughout the apprenticeship, learners will complete apprenticeship assessment activities (formerly End-Point Assessment) designed to demonstrate the knowledge, skills and behaviours required by the apprenticeship standard.
Assessment may take place throughout the programme and can include a range of methods, depending on the apprenticeship standard. These may include projects, professional discussions, presentations, observations and other assessment activities.
We will work closely with our learners and employers throughout the programme to ensure apprentices are supported and prepared to successfully achieve their apprenticeship.
With hands-on learning led by expert coaches, you’ll develop high-level skills crucial to a modern HR function, from HR analytics to project management.
