Luke Lee talks to us about his experience with Access Training and how the completing a work based qualification has supported his career. Luke is the Head Of Operations from MCC Homes, and has completed the Level 5 Operations Manager Apprenticeship.

Delivered by Access Training, we offer both Team Leader Level 3 and Operations Manager Level 5 apprenticeships, with End Point Assessment (EPA) completed through CMI – a trusted professional body.
