About Us
Access Training is an award winning training provider based on the Team Valley, Gateshead.
We have been delivering training programmes for businesses and individuals across the North East for over 40 years. We have a genuine interest in the success of the companies we work with and the people we train, and we aim to provide a personal, bespoke service.
Confirmed as a ‘good provider’ in 5 consecutive Ofsted inspections, we are also proud to announce that we were top in the north east region for learner satisfaction and in the top 6% nationally – scoring an impressive 97.4% in the 2018 national survey. We can also boast an overall achievement rate for our apprenticeships in 2017-18 of 80.4% (13.1% higher than the national rate), which should reassure you of the level of quality you will receive from Access Training.

We also undertake our own annual Employer Survey to gather views on other aspects of our performance. Employers were particularly positive about the professionalism of the staff delivering training and how well they support employees to gain qualifications, and how the team tailors training programmes to meet specific business needs was also praised.
